Thanks for the Monday inspiration Shannon!
I didn’t have a close example of what marriage should be like as my father died when I was 4 and my mom never remarried. However, I am inspired by my grandparents who have been married for almost 60 years! They were always bickering (and still do!) but they stayed married, and loved eachother so much. I think their generation really realized the importance of staying married through thick or thin (Perhaps living through the war brought that perspective?)
Hope you have a fantastic week too!

YOU can be a living example of what marriage should be!
Great point about the war Esther, I never thought of it that way.
This is the best post! I especially love the Melanie Griffith quote…showing your man that you’re happy. That is so important and contagious.

You’re so right Shannon… I have to admit I’m not that best at one. If hubby comes home and I’m in the middle of something (like writing a blog post), I’m so focused on what I’m doing that I forget to acknowledge him. But I’m working on it.
